SEZONI VEROR 2013 I FLUTURIMEVE NË AEROPORTIN NDËRKOMBËTAR TË PRISHTINËS ’’ADEM JASHARI ”

Përmes procesit të koordinimit me operatorët ajrorë është bërë planifikimi i trafikut pothuajse i tërë sezonit veror 2013, i cili do të jetë edhe sezoni i fundit veror në të cilin udhëtarët do të procesohen dhe shërbehen në terminalet ekzistuese. Rritjet e theksuara, dhe të publikuara vazhdimisht, të tregut të transportit ajror në Kosovë do të kenë një trend të njëjtë edhe në sezonin veror 2013 (31 mars-26 tetor). Ngritja e numrit të fluturimeve si dhe operimi i fluturimeve me aeroplanë të kapaciteteve më të mëdha të ulëseve pasqyron një projeksion të shfrytëzimit të ANP “Adem Jashari” nga një numër më i madh udhëtarësh si dhe të frekuentimit më të shpeshtë të aeroportit edhe nga udhëtarët
e rregullt.

Një nga kryeqendrat evropiane, Londra, do t’i rikthehet listës së gjatë të destinacioneve që shërbehen nga operatorët ajrorë në Aeroportin Ndërkombëtar të Prishtinës “Adem Jashari”. Kështu, duke filluar më 29 qershor 2013, kompania ajrore gjermane “Germania”, destinacioneve të shumta që i operon në Gjermani nga Prishtina, do t’i shtojë edhe Londrën, përkatësisht aeroportin “Gatwick”, aeroport ky në mesin e aeroporteve më të mëdha Evropiane (në pozitën e 10-të, me mbi 34 milion udhëtarë në 2012). Referuar aplikimit aktual, Germania për në Londër do të ketë dy fluturime në javë, të shtunave dhe të mërkurave dhe që të dy fluturimet janë planifikuar të operohen në mbrëmje.

Cyrihu, si një nga destinacionet kryesore në ANP “Adem Jashari”, do të ketë rritje të mëtejshme të numrit të fluturimeve. Në këtë rritje në veçanti kanë ndikuar kompanitë ajrore Helvetic Airways dhe Darwin Airline, kjo e fundit në bashkëpunim me Belle Air Europe. Kur këtyre dy operatorëve që filluan me operime në sezonin që po lëmë pas iu shtojmë edhe frekuencat e operatorëve që tanimë për një kohë të gjatë e shërbejnë këtë destinacion, siç janë Edelweiss në partneritet me Swiss Int’l Airlines dhe Belair në partneritet me Air Berlin, arrijmë në përfundim se do të kemi një rritje të numrit të fluturimeve, që do të sillet nga tre fluturime në ditët më pak të ngarkuara, e deri në pesë fluturime në ditë që do të lidhin direkt ANP “Adem Jashari” me Cyrihun.

Antalia, si destinacioni shumë i preferuar për pushimet verore, këtë sezon i ofrohet tregut nga gjithsej pesë kompani ajrore, të cilat janë në partneritet me shumë operatorë dhe agjenci udhëtimesh. Operatorët ajrorë që kësaj vere planifikojnë t’i përmbushin nevojat e kësaj kategorie të udhëtarëve janë: Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, Freebird Airlines, Corendon Airlines dhe Sky Airlines. Risi e kësaj vere është rikthimi për të operuar në ANP i Freebird Airlines. Fluturimet për në Antalia do shtrihen në periudhën kohore me fillim nga java e fundit e muajit maj e deri rreth mesit të muajit shtator.

Në të veçantat e këtij sezoni vere është edhe përfshirja e Turkish Airlines në fluturimet për në Antalia. Pra, përveç dy fluturimeve në ditë nga dhe për në Stamboll, do të ofrojë edhe fluturime direkte “charter” për në Antalia dhe këtë dy herë në javë. Siç kemi theksuar edhe në publikimet e mëhershme, edhe gjatë këtij sezoni, Stambolli do të jetë i shërbyer nga një numër i madh fluturimesh, rreth njëzet është numri i fluturimeve në javë të planifikuara nga Turkish Airlines dhe Pegasus Airlines.

Aeroporti i Malmos në Suedi, i shërbyer shumë herë përgjatë sezonave më të shkurta kohore, në planet e Belle Air Europe është planifikuar të operohet në tërë sezonin veror 2013, gjë që bën të mundur lidhjen e ANP “Adem Jashari” me këtë pikë shumë strategjike të Gadishullit Skandinav. Gjithashtu, lidhja me Kopenhagën përmes kompanisë ajrore SAS me dy fluturime të rregullta në javë dhe me shumë të tjera shtesë në sezonin e lartë të verës, si dhe fluturimet e planifikuara poashtu nga SAS dhe Norwegian Air për sezonin e lartë veror nga/në Stokholm, Oslo dhe Goteborg janë një tregues i zgjerimit të lidhjeve ajrore të Kosovës me këtë pjesë të Evropës.

EuroAirport, aeroport që gjendet në trekëndëshin Bazel-Myluz-Frajburg është kthyer në një destinacion mjaft të rëndësishëm për kompanitë ajrore që operojnë në ANP. Sezon pas sezoni fluksi i trafikut nga dhe për në këtë aeroport është duke shënuar ngritje dhe kjo do të jetë prezente edhe në sezonin veror 2013. Disa kompani ajrore që do të ofrojnë transport ajror në/nga ky aeroport si Easyjet, Belle Air Europe, Germanwings, Adria Airways, Germania e Air Bucharest kanë planifikuar fluturime që lidhin ANP “Adem Jashari” dhe EuroAirport, qoftë në pjesën e Bazelit (Zvicër) ashtu edhe atë të Myluzit (Francë). Zgjerimi i kapaciteteve të linjave ajrore në shumicën e destinacioneve që operohen në ANP “Adem Jashari”, si dhe rritja e numrit të operatorëve ajrorë nëpër destinacione të ndryshme, do t’u mundësojë udhëtarëve që shfrytëzojnë ANP-në të kenë mundësi zgjedhjeje dhe të kenë oferta të përshtatshme sa i takon orareve të fluturimeve. Aeroporti Ndërkombëtar i Prishtinës “Adem Jashari” i menaxhuar nga kompania Limak Kosova International Airport mbetet përherë i orientuar që të përmbushë pritjet e operatorëve ajrorë, udhëtarëve dhe palëve tjera, duke ofruar gjithë çfarë është e mundur për shërbime sa më të mira për shfrytëzuesit e aeroportit. Këto zhvillime që u theksuan më lart dhe shumë të tjera tregojnë për një bashkpunim të ngushtë që aeroporti ka me operatorët ajrorë dhe ky nivel kooperimi do të jetë përherë i pranishëm dhe do të fuqizohet edhe më shumë në të ardhmen, kur edhe pritet shpejt të kemi infrastrukturë tërësisht të re për të ofruar shërbime ndaj kompanive ajrore dhe udhëtarëve.

Strong start for Pristina

Pristina Airport aims for new record in 2013

Pristina Airport has started the year off on a strong note. The airport welcomed 121.754 passengers in January, a notable 10% increase compared to the same month last year. Pristina was the third busiest airport in the former Yugoslavia in 2012 with 1.527.134 passengers passing through its doors, an increase of 7.4% compared to 2011. As a result, Pristina recorded its busiest year on record. Belle Air Europe was the most popular airline operating out of the city, carrying 210.787 passengers. It was followed by Edelweiss on 166.920 passengers and Adria Airways with 154.633 passengers handled in and out of Pristina. Rounding off the top five were Belair and Turkish Airlines.

Pristina Airport’s strong start to the new year is a good indication it will be able to hold onto its position as the third busiest in the EX-YU region, with Dubrovnik and Split hot on its heels. The two Croatian airports anticipate a significant increase in passenger numbers over the summer due to a major boost in the number of airline operations and the added bonus of the country joining the European Union during peak summer season, which is expected to further fuel tourism.

New look for Pristina Airport

Meanwhile, construction of Pristina Airport’s brand new terminal is continuing to progress. The outer structures of the passenger terminal and the new control tower have now been completed with work continuing inside the new buildings. The project is set to be completed by the end of this year. The new terminal stretches over 45.000 square metres with the building featuring three air bridges. Furthermore, a new apron and car park with the ability to serve 1.750 vehicles are also under construction.

Kosovo’s aviation market is steadily expanding with increasing traffic at the country’s only commercial airport, particularly from western Europe. Further increases may come with the recent signing of an air services agreement with the UAE which would see an entirely new region connected to the country. Kosovo’s aviation industry has been steadily growing over the past five years with a number of western European carriers adding capacity to the small south-eastern European nation.

Kosovo is a relatively young nation, officially declaring independence from Serbia in 2008 though its market and traffic has been separate from Serbia since the 1999 North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) war. Kosovo has a population of approximately 1.74 million, according to a recent census conducted by the Kosovo Statistics Agency, with approximately 200,000 in its capital, Pristina. Competition in between airlines increases, Lufthansa enters in Prishtina Airport

 Competition in between airlines is expected to take place in regard to the German and Italian flight  market where the biggest part of our compatriots is concentrated, a market not quite exploited yet.

Biggest notable newness related to the next year’s summer season, which commences in March, are entry in market, for the very first time, of the biggest German and European airline ‘Lufthansa’, with 4 scheduled flights from the city of Düsseldorf and flights of the Slovenian airline ‘Adria Airways’ expected to start with 5 flights per day to the different German cities.

Increase in flight number is also expected by another giant ‘British Airways’ with 6 direct flights a week to London, ‘Easy Jet’ with minimum of 5 scheduled flights a week and 7 flights in the peak season, and ‘Malev’ expected to double its flights from current 7 to 14 flights during a week, etc. Read more…
